I like to wear (too) basic & (too) simple outfit lately.. it's not that i'm lazy to dress up, but well.. I put an effort to be effortless : p, and I need to wear something that represents my feeling at the moment.

But emm, I'm very concerned about the cutting, draping & the detail of the clothes that i'm going to wear, I'm not gonna wear clothes with a bad cutting yet draping even though i like the model. -.-

Had a short (very short, I should've extend) trip to Hongkong, I think I should visit Hongkong more often. Everything's cheaper in Hongkong, I got MBMJ earring for only HK$300 ish and sale is everywhere!

I looooveeeee the food, the fishball, congee, noodles, dimsum, omg.. i think i should hit the gym after this. Gotta lost some weight before new year :(

I had a lunch with Vitacimin & fellow bloggers last Saturday :)

Few days later, I got sore throat and flu, (now I have the 'serak-serak becek' type of voice, some of my friends said it's sexy, some of em said it's scary/manly, haha) okay, back to the main topic which makes me eat a couple of vitacimin tablet everyday :p

I love the sour taste of Vitacimin which is quite addicting.

So today I made the red velvet cupcake and it turned out so gooooood! :D :D

The ingredients of red velvet cupcake are sugar, eggs, flour, butter, vinegar (yes, vinegar), buttermilk (you can use milk if you dont have the buttermilk), food coloring, and cream cheese as the frosting.

I made these cupcakes for my best-friend birthday present (Fen, you'll be very surprised if I tell you the amount of the oil :p),

well I hope you'll like it yaaa =3

I am a lover of black and white pictures, they're classic, elegant, and timeless.

I love how the contrast create lines, how highlights compete for attention and dark tones create an important negative space.

Seeing the pattern, line, or shape is much easier with black & white.

And personally, I think sometimes too much colors can be very distracting, boring, and.. Sometimes & somehow, black and white mode can turn the trashy object to the classy one :p

So i'm on school/summer holiday right now and i've been spending my days with eating, cooking, hanging around with my fellas, work out, yoga, bodybalance class, and currently addicted with Greys Anatomy! WHOA! I love it sooo much! Fyi, Greys Anatomy is a medical drama tv series about the lives of the doctors and their personal life.

The most flattering facts about this holiday (well.. flattering for me) is i can sleep for at least 10 hours a day.

and 2 days ago I went to waterbom with my friends and we had a lot of fun there..

Hmm.. I have a plan to make a baked dory fish with cream, lemon, & mozarella cheese, probably i'm gonna make a post about it and wear my balletcats apron. :D :D

Dan, lagi ada promosi kalo naek reverse bungy & extreme swing dapet discount, & bahkan gw dapet diskon lagi pake student card, total cuma SG$50. HA.

I believe this Zara tweed blazer is inspired by Chanel's tweed, Zara made the lookalike with the affordable price.
So that's why everybody loves Zara.

Now i'm kinda addicted to jeans, thanks to my sister (the expert for jeans) for giving me another pair of Gstar.

This bunny ears actually has a light, im so gonna wear this bunny ears if im going to the club hahahaha.

I believe that everyone has a dream, but theres a lot of dreamer who doesnt brave and sure enough to make it real.

I think learning is 1 step above dreaming. we'll never make our dreams come true if we're not learning.

Why do we have to be afraid of failure? Kings of Convenience said that failure is the best way to learn,.

Well i have a lot of dream, someday i'll have a BIG closet full of my favorite stuff, shoes, bags, clothes (just like carrie Bradshaw on SATC). how to make it real? i start saving money, never use my atm card (well actually it was lost, but now i get the profit, now i never use my savings) HA.

Then how if i failed?

in this case maybe it'll be like i lost all of my money, im not gonna make it, i wouldn't have a big space in my house to make it as a closet?

No, i know its not gonna happening.

i absolutely adore your blog, in your post you manage to really interpret who you are from the way you dress :D

looking at your old posts i can tell that you sprung up from that tomboy girl who actually knows her style to a very stylish young woman with a broad knowledge of the fashion world. its wonderful that you can experience that at these time, whilst im personally just experiencing that process now :p oh well im a late bloomer :)

for the suggestion box participation, i think you should play more with your layout, black is a little harsh for a fashion blog but it is timeless for fabric :) maybe you could use less pictures ( but use a big size picture ) and write more story, cause personally i enjoy reading your post, just use one full body picture and a few detailed pictures.

i love fashion in my own comprehension. in these times, a lot of people think that fashion is just the way you dress, wearing expensive clothes, dressing up and parading around just to be seen in a social event or some sort. don't get me wrong, its everyone else's right too to have their own understanding of who they are. but for me fashion is definitely how i carry and illuminate my self through my thoughts, my works, my wit and what not, then i can reflect it to the fabric i wear on my self. im an easy going and tell-it-like-it-is girl. so in my whole life i always wear everything that is functional and unique. from designing my own clothes to altering what ever clothes i have in my closet :) so dressing up for me is always a challenge but a really fun one :D

maybe to sum it up, fashion-wise, here are my list of fashion items that best describe who i am

- stripes (can get enough of a classic black and white stripes items)

- rings (currently i have to many that sometimes i can wear six at a time)

- black shoes (heels, platform, clogs anything)

- nail polish (black, red, jade, nude)

- double breasted coat (impossible to wear here but whenever i travel at winter season i always use it :D)

Hi y'all! how are you? i just got back from States. Whoaa i miss blogging so much :D
im gonna reply your comment asap guys, sorry for the late reply yah
Im still in a jet lag. i woke up like 1:30 in the morning, and now is 2:39. Im like an owl and have nothing to do, and im not a big fan of football, so im not spending my night with my tv.
The fact is: i'd rather watch glee instead of football.
But i think i should try to watch football though, who the hell knows if im gonna be a BIG fan of it.

I was truly dissapointed with educational system in Indonesia, Jakarta precisely.
I heard that there's someone who was failed on junior high school for two times, and he/she was moving to another school and leap up for two times and im like "what the hell?"
its deadly unfair.
stop blabbering about it,
So hows your summer holiday? fun, eigh?
I think am gonna spend rest of my holiday with gym, hanging around, and i have a plan to learn french. :)

i went to Universal studio Singapore last Friday. it was sooooo damn GOOOD!

i went there with my sisters, nephew, and my uncle. :)

unfortunately the battlestar galactica wasnt open yet and since & we play the revenge of the mummy 2x (indoor roller coaster) :p

the weather was super duper sunny but good though :)

i really like the attraction and the architecture.

but the merchandise store was just so-so.

to be honest i'd prefer the disneyland's store than universal's store

food?

well it was so-so too.

but theres a chinese food and it was fine :)
